Raees joined Thomson Reuters in October 2021 and is the head of Mergers & Acquisition for the General Counsel’s Office. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Raees was a senior associate in the Corporate and Securities group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where his practice focused primarily on international and domestic capital market transactions, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions. Raees holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Finance, from the Schulich School of Business at York University. As a born and raised Torontonian, Raees is an avid (and long-suffering) Toronto sports fan and enjoys watching the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays in his spare time.
Matt Brodahl
Director, Product Management

Matt is the Director of Product Management for Document Intelligence and focuses on ML/NLP model development capabilities and product-market fit for those models. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Matt worked with ThoughtTrace as a Subject Matter Expert and a Product Manager for the Data Science and Machine Learning Operations team.  He has lived in Denver, CO for the last 12 years and enjoys doing all the cliche Colorado things with his wife and two daughters.
Alexia Adda
Senior Manager, Inbound Product Marketing, Legal Tech at

Alexia is a Senior Manager in the Inbound Product Marketing, Legal Tech team at Thomson Reuters. Her work focuses on the Legal Tech Platform and Transaction Management solutions, covering HighQ to Document Intelligence. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Alexia was a litigator for 14 years, specializing in offshore and onshore corporate, commercial and insolvency disputes.
